Guest speaker, Chris Gialanella, President/Publisher of Engine Vision Media, which is Los Angeles Magazine. Chris's topic for the morning will be The Future of Media in Southern California.
In addition to the presentation we are holding a Community Service Project. We are asking members to bring pet supplies that will be donated to the Los Angeles Animal Services which operates many animal shelters throughout the Los Angeles region. Please consider bringing:

We will be preparing food for their transitional housing facilities at Hope the Mission new state of the art new kitchen, please sign up to volunteer.Hope the Mission : Their mission is to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger and homelessness. They do this by offering immediate assistance and long-term solutions.Hope the Mission is known for operating a broad mix of more than 30 facilities in California, including tiny home villages, shelters, and thrift stores statewide, focused on a “housing first” model that targets poverty, hunger, and homelessness by “pursuing immediate assistance and long-term solutions.” |

S.O.L.I.D. is a California 501(c)(3) non-profit and was formed in 1990.
S.O.L.I.D.’s mission is two-fold: First, they provide the officers in the Devonshire Division of the Los Angeles Police Department with resources which the City of Los Angeles does not provide. Secondly, they support Community Policing. Everything donated to S.O.L.I.D. remains in the Devonshire Division and is used for the enrichment of the Devonshire Community.
